By visiting the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase from us.

3. Eligibility

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not sell to persons under 18, and our products must not be used by, or purchased on behalf of, anyone under 18.

4. Products

4.1 Food supplements only

All products sold on this website are food supplements, sold as stand-up powder pouches. They are regulated under UK food law and are not medicines. Nothing on this website or in our product descriptions constitutes a medicinal claim. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Health claims are made only where permitted under retained Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

4.2 Supplement warnings

The following standard warnings apply to all our products:

• Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor or other qualified health professional before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the label.
• Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

4.3 Images and descriptions

Product images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur. We update product information from time to time; in case of conflict between the website description and the product label, please follow the label.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

5.1 Your order is an offer

When you submit an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in that order. No contract exists until we confirm dispatch.

5.2 When the contract is formed

A legally binding contract between you and Satori Formulas Ltd is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation by email confirming that your order has been shipped.

An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation sent at the time of checkout is not a contractual acceptance — it confirms only that we have received your order.

5.3 When we may refuse or cancel an order

We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch in circumstances including but not limited to:

• a product is out of stock or unavailable;
• a pricing error on the website;
• a payment being declined or a suspected fraudulent transaction;
• any reason that leads us to believe the order should not be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method promptly.

6. Prices and Payment

6.1 Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed for dispatch.

6.2 Payment

Payment is taken at the time of checkout via payment providers made available through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

6.3 International customers — duties and taxes

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, we calculate and collect any applicable import duties and taxes at checkout, so the price you pay already includes them. In most cases this means you will not be charged additional customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees when your parcel is delivered. For European Union deliveries, VAT is collected at checkout and accounted for under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. The amounts shown at checkout are estimates; in rare cases, or for higher-value orders that fall outside these schemes, a local carrier or customs authority may apply an additional charge that is outside our control. Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.

7. Delivery

This section is a summary. Full details, including current delivery timeframes and charges, are in our Shipping Policy.

7.1 Delivery timeframes

• UK orders: estimated 1–3 working days from dispatch.
• International orders: estimated up to 10 working days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

All timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

7.2 Free shipping promotion

We may offer free standard shipping on UK orders that contain 2 or more formulas. This is a promotional offer. It is subject to separate terms displayed at the relevant point on the website (including a checkout time condition), and may be amended or withdrawn at any time at our discretion without prior notice. Promotional shipping offers do not affect our standard delivery service or these terms more broadly.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

This section is a summary. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8.1 Your right to cancel — 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a nominated person) receive your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us promptly and in any event within 14 days of notifying us.

8.2 Sealed-goods hygiene exemption — opened consumables

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for health protection or hygiene reasons. Our products are consumable goods supplied in sealed pouches. Once you break the seal, the cooling-off right to cancel is lost. This is consistent with regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you return goods in an unsealed or opened condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

8.3 Conditions for return

To qualify for a refund under the cancellation right, returned products must be:

• unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact;
• in their original packaging; and
• returned at your cost (return postage is not covered by us except where the goods are faulty or incorrect — see below).

8.4 Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect a valid return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

8.5 Faulty or incorrect goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected]. Return postage for faulty or incorrect items is covered by us.

9. Your Responsibilities

When using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account;
• follow the usage directions set out on the product label and in our product information;
• check the full ingredient list before use and not consume a product if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient;
• consult a qualified health professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition;
• not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the product label;
• not use our products if you are under 18 years of age.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Satori Formulas website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, video content, and software — is owned by or licensed to Satori Formulas Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may share links to our website and use content for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Satori Formulas name and logo are trade marks. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use our trade marks.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• use the website in any way that violates any applicable UK or international law or regulation;
• transmit, or arrange to transmit, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
• knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful or technologically destructive material;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the website;
• attack the website via a denial-of-service attack or other means;
• scrape or harvest data from the website without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for any user who breaches these terms.

12. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

12.1 Submitting reviews

We may invite you to submit reviews or ratings of our products through our reviews provider (Judge.me) or directly through our website. By submitting a review, you grant Satori Formulas Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, and use that review in connection with our products and marketing.

12.2 Your obligations

You must not submit reviews or other content that:

• is false, misleading, or fabricated;
• is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• contains personal data of third parties without their consent; or
• violates any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any review or user-submitted content at our discretion and without notice.

13. Our Liability

13.1 What we do not exclude

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13.2 Limitation on other liability

Subject to clause 13.1, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or connected to these terms, your use of the website, or any purchase of our products shall not exceed the total price you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Excluded losses

We are not liable for:

• any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• any indirect or consequential loss; or
• any loss arising from your failure to follow the usage directions on the product label, your misuse of a product, or your use of a product despite a contraindication of which you were, or ought reasonably to have been, aware.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms that is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, severe weather events, pandemic or epidemic, strike or industrial action, failure of third-party suppliers or couriers, disruption to internet services, or government restrictions.

If such an event occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect. If the event continues for more than 30 days, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any goods not yet dispatched.

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or service, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve your complaint promptly.

We are not a member of any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or ombudsman service, and we are not obliged to participate in one. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may seek independent legal advice or take action through the courts (see clause 19).

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our products, or how we operate. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We recommend that you check this page periodically.

Your continued use of the website or placing of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Purchases made before the update remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

18. General

18.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18.2 No waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

18.3 Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party (for example, in the event of a business transfer) without your consent, provided your rights are not materially affected. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else.

18.4 Entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies listed in clause 2.3, constitute the entire agreement between you and Satori Formulas Ltd regarding your use of the website and your purchases from us. They supersede any prior representations, statements, or agreements between us on the same subject matter.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a UK consumer, any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable, in the courts of your country of residence.

If you are based in another country, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally. In that case, those mandatory protections are not affected by these terms.
